Deep Tine Time

This coming Monday is our first aerification on the Palmer course this year. For our first go around, we like to go deep. This machine is a Wiedenmann G6/135 set up with three-quarter inch by 10 inch tines. We probably won't go full depth, we will watch to see if we are pulling up white sand from below the greens profile.

Subsequent aerifications this season will be done with the 648s, and we will use 1/2" or 5/8" tines then.
